2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the gdajee platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. gdajee reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified to the satisfaction of the platform.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The gdajee platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. gdajee makes no representation that the services offered are legal or available in jurisdictions outside its intended market. If you access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so entirely at your own risk.

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following categories of individuals are not eligible to hold a gdajee account or participate in any gdajee service:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of gdajee or any of its technology, payment, or game-supply partners.
• Immediate family members of gdajee employees or partners.
• Persons who have previously been excluded, banned, or suspended from the gdajee platform.
• Persons who have registered for or are currently subject to a self-exclusion programme on any gambling platform.
• Persons acting on behalf of any of the above categories.

3.1 Registration Obligation

To access real-money games, betting markets, and promotional features on gdajee, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one registered account on the gdajee platform. If gdajee identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same identity or different identities — gdajee reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts immediately, void any pending or recent wagers, and withhold any associated balances pending investigation. Holding multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions or wagering requirements is considered fraudulent activity.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time verification code with any third party. gdajee will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact gdajee support immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

gdajee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to provide supporting documentation — including a government-issued photo identification document and proof of address — before making withdrawals or accessing certain platform features. Failure to complete the KYC process to gdajee's satisfaction may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension. Documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with the gdajee Privacy Policy.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. gdajee does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made using payment methods not registered to you may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation. gdajee reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits, which may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and account used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to verification. Before a withdrawal can be approved, gdajee may require completion of the KYC process as described in section 3.4. gdajee will endeavour to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any additional verification steps required. gdajee reserves the right to apply a maximum single withdrawal limit and to process large withdrawals in instalments.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the gdajee platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Players depositing via mobile banking are responsible for ensuring that the correct amount in Taka is sent. gdajee will not be responsible for currency conversion errors made by the player.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by gdajee are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is made available. Where a bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, the player must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) by the specified multiplier before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be approved. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion details.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

gdajee monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with abuse, exploitation, or arbitrage. Any player found to be abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus, using irregular betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, or making use of software tools to gain an unfair advantage — will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their account suspended or permanently closed. gdajee's determination of bonus abuse is final.

5.3 Promotion Availability

Promotional offers may be subject to geographic restrictions, time limitations, and eligibility criteria. gdajee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. A promotion that has already been claimed and whose wagering requirement is in progress will be honoured under the terms existing at the time of claim, subject to the anti-abuse provisions of section 5.2.

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the gdajee platform — including live casino titles, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets — are supplied by certified third-party providers whose software and random number generators are independently audited for fairness. gdajee does not operate or control the outcome of individual game rounds; outcomes are determined entirely by the game software in accordance with published return-to-player (RTP) rates and game rules.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gdajee platform:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Use of automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any external program designed to interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform function.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt conduct in relation to sports betting markets.
• Placing bets with insider knowledge of sporting events or casino game outcomes.
• Any other conduct that gdajee, in its reasonable judgement, considers to be dishonest, fraudulent, or harmful to the integrity of the platform.

gdajee reserves the right to void wagers, forfeit winnings, and close accounts where prohibited conduct is identified. In serious cases, gdajee may report the matter to relevant authorities.

6.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, server failure, or game error that affects the outcome or processing of a wager, gdajee reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account. gdajee's decision in relation to wagers affected by technical errors is final and binding. gdajee will not be liable for any consequential loss arising from a technical error beyond the return of the original stake.

7.1 Age Verification Commitment

gdajee is committed to preventing underage gambling. The platform enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. gdajee uses age verification procedures during registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be reported to appropriate authorities.

7.2 Player Protection Tools

gdajee provides a range of responsible gaming tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players who wish to activate any of these tools should contact the gdajee support team at any time. 8.1 Platform Availability

gdajee endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, or circumstances beyond gdajee's control. gdajee will not be liable for any loss — including loss of wagering opportunity or anticipated winnings — arising from platform downtime or service interruption.

8.2 Cap on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gdajee's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.3 Excluded Losses

gdajee shall not be liable under any circumstances for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if gdajee has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

10.1 Closure by gdajee

gdajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information; gdajee reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct; or the player is found to be ineligible to hold an account under section 2. In cases of confirmed fraud or breach, gdajee may forfeit the player's balance.

10.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player

Players may request closure of their gdajee account at any time by contacting the support team. Before an account is closed, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
